The fact that my washing machine did not work properly from the first day of purchase was very annoying. On the day the repair was scheduled, I had something very important to do and I could only be in the apartment before noon. I informed the campaign about this, but they could only schedule the repair for the afternoon.
When I got a call before 11am that Eric could stop by in 10 minutes I was incredibly happy. He knew about my request and made it possible. He was very friendly, nice and not only he knew what he was doing but he explained everything to me.
Due to my job I often interact with various service people. I can say that Eric is the best.
