customer singed disclameerchecked unit. unit was making a thumping sound .disassembled unit removed drum and belt removes rollers and cleaned up the axel. unstalled new rollers and clips. checked seam on drum fuond several places where glue was in roller track. sanded out glue spots and cleaned uip track. replaced tenchener pulley and belt. reassembled unit and trested unit. unit tested good.please fill out the tech servey.thank you
