"replaced capacitor per tech line. test cycled unit still not working properly. checked power to control 119 vac good.put into service test auto cycle, when agitates shuts off. unit doesnt loose power. cycle ends. acts like issue with control. motor windings good.j2 4to6 5.9 4to 5 5.9 will replace control W11170317; ordrng 1 W11170317 (control unit asy)"

Would gladly give you 5 stars, especially with Harold’s great service. The deduction of one star only refers to ongoing lack of info, explanations of process, and their loss of original expedite order. Thankfully Harold was able to check things out and give us hope that part for unusable stove (almost 4 weeks) may have been shipped. Yay, 3D!
