I waited 2 months after paying for the refrigerator. After I finally received it, it started rattling. The delivery drivers came back but were unable to fix it. I called Whirlpool to set up service. They gave me the wrong date. Antonio came 16 days later.He is great!!! He fixed the problem and is very professional. He called when he was a few minutes away and even put covers on his shoes. The store where I bought the fridge from hasn't bothered to check in with me. So much for trying to support local business!

Very friendly, puts covers over shoes when entering home, honest and knowledgeable. I will request him in the future if needed.

Anthony was on time and very polite. He answered our question. His service was fast and efficient. I appreciated that he covered his shoes with booties so not to get our floors wet from the snow. Awesome young man. A pleasure for his service.
