Larry was great. Was able to troubleshoot and order the parts for my refrigerator. The wait time between the parts arriving and Larry returning was 2 plus weeks. I was without a refrigerator for almost a month. The person communicating with me through text did not really seam to care. When Larry returned, parts replaced, and everything is now working great. If it wasn’t for the wait and the person responding to my text, I would give this review a 5.
