Checked the unit MN SN Customer signed disclaimer.Opened up top of unit and removed the door panel.I took the belt off and removed the drumInspected the bering. It looked good so I applied some grease to it. checked out the motor and the tensioner pulley Applied grease to them. Looked around the door and it all looked good. Applied some lubricant to the springs on the pulley . I reassembled the unit and tested. Checked unit MN SN POP Customer signed disclaimer.Checked package content good.Removed oven door and put it to the side unscrewed the temp probe . Put down a pad to protect the floor. Pulled the range out and unhooked the temp probe from the control Installed the new temp probe and secured it to the range. Checked the fuel air mixture and adjusted it accordingly.Reassembled the unit. Tested unit came on and heats up to the set point.. tested it at 350?f unit heated to 350?f Tested it to 400? & 450? f unit heats up fast and holds accurate temperature. Tested the unit good.

I scheduled an apt online after scheduling they emailed me and cancelled that apt but sent up another apt. For the next week. The day of my apt a stayed home all day waiting. I did not receive a call/ text/ or email tell around 6pm, that simply said that they moved my apt to the following Monday Morning . I was busy Monday morning so I got online and rescheduled for Tuesday. Monday morning they sent me a email saying my apt was cancelled and they scheduled me for 3 weeks out. I called them and the lady said she could still put me on the schedule for Monday afternoon. A tech came out named Seth, he sent me texts with arrival times, was professional, efficient and nice. He was great and fixed my dryer but scheduling was awful. Seth get 5 stars Scheduling 1
