Verified the unit information customer signed disclaimer.Checked the unit and verified that the bottom door was not closing properly. Opened the door and removed the door from the unit and checked the hinges put the door back into place and closed it. The door lined up correctly. Tested the unit and found that the broil on the bottom oven was not heating fast. Checked the orfise and changed it for the LP orfise. put into service diagnostics F0E1Load in drum during clean cycle. cleared code. test 12 went thru no codes at end of test. sounds good during drain and spin. Put a load in unit. quick wash. went thru cycle. balanced load then went into spin at 2 minutes. customer had set spin speed at mid. Did just fine. no issues. removed rear panel and checked struts all ok. also rotor is tight on motor. too heavy load or too lite of loads can create out of balance loads. unit will try to balance load but if it cant it will shut down and not finish cycle. loads are critical to proper operation of unit.
