Jason was awesome! My washer stopped working and it looked like the locking mechanism was. Or working. Jason looked at it and said that the locking mechanism was working, but the pump was not working. He found a break in the wiring but because of the location of the break (inside an end connector, he had to order new parts. When they came in, he fixed the problem very quickly. Jason also leveled the machine and made adjustments that had it working MUCH better than it worked after the Lowe’s folks installed it. He went above and beyond to make sure my machine worked and would continue to work well. Thank you for sending him to fix our machine.
