"Verified the unit information customer signed disclaimer.Removed front panel on the washer and checked the unit was level.The unit was set to a medium color wash, hot water , small load size. Checked the unit for anything out of place .Started the unit on a quick wash , color temperature, precise fill load size. Started the unit . Watched the unit fill with water and start agitating after the agitation it drained and started to spin.Watched the unit go in the rinse and then into spin.The unit completed the cycle without any problems.Customer asked if I could wait through a wash with a towel .Started the unit on a 2nd quick wash.Watched the unit fill with water and start agitating.Watched the unit drain and rinse then into spin,Watched the unit drain and end."

Customer signed the disclaimer verified the information.Unplugged the unit and removed the door panel and front panel from the washer. Unhooked the suspension and the auger. Removed the basket assembly.Installed the new basket assembly and reassembled the unit.Adjusted the unit level and tested the unit.Ran it on a drain and spin and then ran a quick wash.The unit is operating as designed by the factory.

Turned off the power to the unit and pulled it out.Removed the top panel and the control panel .Removed the UI from the control panel.Installed the new UI into the control panel and reassembled the unit. Restored the power. The display board came on and started run update screen.Customer needs to go to the miele home connect app.And connect to the unit to start the update.I can not update it without the WiFi information.But the display is functional.
