"CX complaint - Not dispensing fabric softener - nspected unit and found the fabric softener dispenser clogged with dried softener again - I washet out the dispenser then ran water through it to make sure it was syphoning properly - FIlled it with fresh softener and ran a quick load - When it was finished, I showed him that the softener properly dispensed and shower hin the empty dispenser - CX stated that he lives alone and only does one small load every week or so - Advised him to clean dispenser after every load - Unit is still operating as designed - Documented with Tech-Line (SR23656829) and TCT (SR23216171)"
