My service was initially scheduled on a Friday, then the service didn’t happen until that following Tuesday, then parts were ordered and arrived and then the installation of that service was not until a week after. The tech left grease all over the doors and inside of the washer. Now my appliance still does not work and I have to go through my warranty company again to schedule a new service since they closed my ticket.

Great technician. Tye came in and checked out my refrigerator, he knew exactly what was going on. checked with my choice home warranty co. He ordered the part, came in right away, I called D3, pleasant lady answered, to let them know the part came in. She scheduled Tye. I also requested him. He came out the next day. Fixed my refrigerator. I asked Tye about i needed a shelf inside, I couldn't find it. He knew exactly what and where to get it. This comes with great experience and knowledge. I would give him a raise. Thanks Tye.
