CX complaint - Not cooling - Arrived and found the Cx had the unit turned off and unplugged - Explained that it is very difficult to make an accurate diagnosis without the unit running and in a state of failure - Connected power and found good heat exchange and all fans and dampers working - Could not duplicate issue - Collected SC-auth-V39LN3
