What a nightmare! 4 months to get the compressor in my fridge fixed! Antonio was nice enough, but the whole experience was terrible! Communication was lacking, no consideration for priority scheduling even after so long and so many mistakes!
Hi Donna, thanks for the review and the chance to respond. We think Antonio is great too! I apologize that the compressors provided by WHIRLPOOL did not work as intended. This does happen with OEM factory-certified parts as not all parts are perfect when we consider how they are handled in factories, shipping trucks, etc... As far as communication it appears there was not enough time in between "part waiting" intervals for our automated system to recognize a need for push notification as parts were rushed due to a no-cool issue. Lastly yes, there is an issue with priority scheduling considering we have no other choice but to work with a mountain route that is set and stone by contract for a certain zip code visited each day of the week.
