I really appreciate the process of making appointments, being called when service tech is on the way. Antonio was easy to communicate with and honest about what I need. The charge for the service call was absolutely ridiculously expensive. And I am still waiting for an estimate on fixing the washer. $400 to briefly look at 2 applicances is unreasonable. This has nothing to do with the service tech.
