could not recreate the issue - ignite ALL burners while telescoping downdraft vent is fully extended and on highest vent setting - all burners remain lit and not clicking if knobs are turned past ignition settingon low and ultra low settings the flame flickers out: adjust burner simmer control (ALL BURNERS) and test: PASSJOB COMPLETECX not available for signature
