I left a four-star rating because my coffee pot was ruined in an accident. When moving behind the refrigerator, Brandon accidentally turned on the stovetop, melting the bottom of the coffee pot. Although Brandon said sorry about the pot, no mention was made about replacing it. Overall, his work was very much appreciated and professional.
