Put unit into service diagnostics. 1,2, show sensors to be ok. 3 evap fans come on and dampner is opening and closing. 4 let go thru compressor comes on then shifts to 4 can hear the F.F. compartment fan comes on. Then in step 5 Frz fan comes on. Put a thermometer in Frz temp shows to be -8 Too cold. Adjusted frz temp to 0 and F.F. to 37 degrees. Unit is making ice tray is full.Cleaned condenser wash fairly dirty. Cleaned it. Also leveled unit. At this point do not suggest replacing any thing. Signed disclaimer. Burner caps some areas plugged. Cleaned then test again operating as designed. Checked function of down draft fan is working. Can feel the air being pulled down into it. Removed kick plate and inspect the blower. Did find that the screen is dirty cleaned it and the area underneath cleaned up as best as could. Customer needs to keep top and burners cleaned off of any debree and oil. This will cause the smell and the orange color flame of the burners. Once cleaned turn burners on get good and hot. This should finish burning off any left over residue. Test function of the bake and broil element. Unit is operating as designed. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.
