Signed disclaimer. Tore apart found heat element shorted got too hot checked cutoff bad replaced. Cleaned unit. Customer needs to clean the vent there is a indication that it is restricted. Customer knocked off the control panel and broke it. Took pic.Reassembled unit and test operation. It is ok. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

Signed disclaimer. Was in a hole had to pull out. Tore apart motor was growling replaced it. Blower wheel is wobbling replaced it found a screw on the blower housing behind wheel sticking out hitting wheel screwed in all the way tight. idler pulley was binding installed the repair kit.
