James was professional and seemed very knowledgeable of our Maytag dryer. We were told we just needed to reset the dryer by turning it on and off again. He also showed us how to clean this one part inside our dryer which sometimes interferes with dryer working appropriately because of dryer sheets . Needless to say we waited for close to 2 weeks for parts to be delivered that were not even needed or used . This was such a waste of time and inconvenience of not having my dryer available. I am thankful to have dryer working at this time. Suggestion: Next time it would be nice to send repair person out , figure out the problem and order needed parts at that point. This would save on time for the customer and save dollars on unneeded parts. 4 star rating was because of the long wait, which probably had nothing to do with the repairman.
