This was the second time I have had to have my Maytag repaired for the same wiring harness issue. James was an amazing font of information and gave great guidance as far as how to proceed with my current Maytag (that seems to be a lemon). He was the one who ordered the correct part (the other parts that were ordered and sent prior to my house would not have worked). He installed the wiring harness with speed and accuracy. I would give James 5 stars this round, but the process got cancelled once due to the right parts not getting ordered the first time—so an overall rating of 4 stars to the “team”.
