The technician did a great job and installed the dishwasher correctly. Whoever Home Depot subbed out to initially instal it did an awful job, but that was Home Depot’s fault.

Larry was very knowledgeable and through. Some miscommunication with Colorado office. I checked with them to see if they finally got all the parts to scheduled repair was told they were still waiting on part from Whirlpool. I told them I had received the tracking number and it had been delivered a week before. Colorado checked and said they didn’t know it was delivered to the repairman in Albuquerque. At that point they then ordered the second part.
Hi Evelyn, In many Whirlpool warranty repairs, parts are shipped directly from Whirlpool or their distributors. Whirlpool does not always provide our office with tracking information, so at times we are waiting on confirmation from their system while the part may already be in transit or delivered directly to the technician an dor customer. That can occasionally leave our office unaware of the exact delivery status.
Once we confirmed the part had been delivered to the technician in Albuquerque, the second required part was ordered so the repair could proceed. We apologize for the confusion and appreciate your patience.
