D3Appliance was expedient. Samsung chose them to service my range. Matthew came out and thoroughly checked my range for the problem. He explained what he was doing, showed my areas that pertained to the issues we experienced. When he completed, I had complete confidence my range was safe to use. It’s working perfectly, thank you.
