I was not there when Matthew repaired the dishwasher. I have not received any complaints from my tenants, so it must have been fine, and the appliance is working well again. My tenants are stellar, clean, and detailed. However, the whole process with Samsung was a nightmare. It took me several emails, chats, and phone calls to obtain the necessary information to repair the dishwasher under warranty. There are lots of faulty parts. I would not buy another dishwasher with Samsung. I have other Samsung appliances that are good.

I was very pleased with Matthews work in remedying the problem with our icemaker without trying to sell me any parts, just a normal service call charge as our fridge is out of warranty. However, I was quite disappointed over the fact that Matthew was late arriving because he wasn't given our corrected address, even though I had notified you of that correction several days before the appointment and it was acknowledged at that time by someone in your office.

Matt is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever worked with. A true spokesman and rep for D3.

Fair and honest, could make the repair for us but was open about the economy of the repair needed.
