Making an appointment was very difficult! Thought first person I spoke with had set up a day and time for service man to come and then found that he had not. Phone service to set up appointments is poor. Ralph communicated well when he would arrive and tried hard to figure out why dish washer is making such loud noises and thinks he found answer to problem. We did what he suggested but loud noise is still there! Ralph would get at least a four for his efforts, office communication no more than a 2、
