It took nearly 2 months to fix my dishwasher, with multiple delays. The final repairman pulled the drain line lose, started the dishwasher and left.

The service technician was very very nice. He was professional and let us know when he expected to arrive. We were waiting for a replacement door for a new dishwasher because the one we received on the new dishwasher was bent. The new door was worse than the door that came with it originally. I would recommend that the technicians open the box before they transport to make sure they're not wasting a trip. The technician was very nice and we're very happy with D3. Just wish we hadn't wasted the planet by having them come to bring a door that was worse than the original.
