Scott was great. Showed up right on time and was able to trouble shoot and solve a problem with my stove vent that saved me A LOT of money. Very much appreciated!!!

D3 had a rookie incompetent Tech that did not understand how to troubleshoot our wall mount oven. He replaced several parts and had no idea what was the problem. Then on the 3rd visit D3 had their Sr Tech troubleshoot the issue and it turned out to be a voltage problem, and he fixed it in 30 min. Replacing no parts. I was charged over $300 for a part that was not the problem. You also charged a late fee that is totally weird when I wanted to get an itemized recent and wanted to speak to the owner.

Scott provided a repair warranty service call. The first repair was unsuccessful. There was a leak in the sealed system. Scott used his technical competence and patience to find the leak. He repaired it, recharged the system and the refrigerator now works fine. Thanks Scott is also a very pleasant person and enjoyable to work with.

It took several weeks without a fridge and for a family of 7 that was too long. Had to go out and buy a fridge for the garage. I wish I had bought it sooner instead of waiting over 2 wks of eating fast food every meal at almost $100 a meal now, it would have been a lot cheaper.
