"Customer's complaint, ice buildup underneath the bottom of the shelves, I took everything apart and found water overflowed the drain PAN area, we've already replaced all the parts down there. There must be an air bubble or something building up, causing the water to overflow underneath the trays and freezing I do not see. Any steps forward to make this go away."
