Everything was fine

The service was excellent, my fridge was fixed promptly… however the technician had an issue with body odor. I didn’t want to embarrass him so I didn’t say anything about it, however it was so strong I had to keep my distance as much as possible. Perhaps some constructive criticism to him on how to remedy the odor would be appropriate.

Great service, fixed our fridge, friendly and nice!!

Jason was prompt and proactive in ordering the correct parts as a just in case scenario. He got my microwave up & running like new again!
